The hotel is in a convenient location on the main strip, offering easy access to the trolley and downtown amenities. The rooms, while generally clean, could use some updating with issues like discolored wallpaper and noisy appliances. The service was friendly and efficient, with a gesture of upgrading our room with a view. The dining experience was subpar, although there is an omelet station available. Overall, a stay here could be improved with some upgrades and attention to detail.

The hotel didn't live up to the standards of a modern budget 2-star room, let alone a 3-star property, and the rooms felt cramped for 2 queen beds. On the bright side, the location offers a view of Gatlinburg Parkway from the second floor, which is great for walks and close to attractions. The service had ups and downs, with graciously upgrading rooms with a view but issues with loud water pipes in the evening from hot tubs. The dining experience was hot and good, although the lack of phone and Wi-Fi signal is worth noting. The hotel provides a perfect location in downtown Gatlinburg, but the overall feel of uncleanliness slightly overshadows its benefits.
